<p>A four-day programme is based on <em>group relations</em> approach to learning, used worldwide in seminars addressed to leaders, trainers, coaches and consultants who work with organizations.</p>
<p>The participants will have an intense experience of dynamic processes in both small and large groups. They will focus on what is happening “beneath the surface” of observed behaviour.</p>
<p><strong>Understanding deeper mechanisms influencing actions of teams and whole organizations </strong>will lead participants to a more informed and flexible approach to leadership and supporting development. They will become more competent in answering to the needs of groups they interact with.</p>

<p>Warsztat certyfikacyjny<br />
Spotkanie jest pierwszym etapem certyfikacji kompetencji trenerskich Wszechnicy UJ. Osobom, które wezmą udział w spotkaniu przysługuje 400 złotych zniżki na udział w pełnym procesie certyfikacyjnym.</p>
