Online Circles of Learning

What are the main characteristics of expected for workers? How do trainers fit in this hyperlinked world? Where are they getting their training to train other professionals? How can trainers make their own micro-revolution and be part of this networked world of knowledge?

These are some of the questions Mary Hillis and I will address in our presentation “Professional Development in Online Circles of Learning”.
