The EQUIP project from 2007-09 might be interesting. Six EU countries have been developing a European Framework for Qualifications in Home Care Services for Older People. There is an e-tool, a self-assessment questionnaire being developed in different languages. http://testi-equip.project.com

The Network of Trainers in Europe has launched an on-line discussion about the prospects for a qualification framework for trainers.The group aims at proceed with the discussion deriving from the kick-off flash meeting from Tuesday, 19 May 2009.
