We zijn van plan om hier een link ter beschikking stellen tot taalgemeenschappen voor trainers. Het netwerk dat in Nederland werkt en gedeeltelijk ook ernaar streeft om met trainers in België en Luxemburg te verbinden, heeft enkele informaties in Nederlands en Vlaams samengesteld en stelt links tot andere aanverwante webpagina’s ter beschikking, die voor nederlandstalige trainers interessant kunnen zijn.

foraus.de is the BIBB Internet portal for trainer support. Besides providing its visitors with up-to-date information on all aspects of training, it offers a modern form of online professional development as well as the opportunity to exchange views with experts in initial vocational education and training. Foraus.de and the services it provides are addressed to the different information and communication needs and professional development requests of in-company training staff. It comprises the following specific features:

Foraus.de Community

Members of Foraus.de not only have access to a personalised communication platform but also many other functions for discussion and exchanging experience.

Members Forums

The ‘members forums’ permit members of foraus.de to participate in professional discussions at any time and place of their choosing. The search function makes it possible to search by topic for postings in over 20 forums.

Learning Centre

The Learning Centre is accessible to members and non-members alike. It now has 15 learning modules and documents relating to the Ordinance on Trainer Aptitude (Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung, AEVO) and free online professional development using a modular system on task and process-oriented training (‘Handlungs- und Prozessorientierten Ausbilden’).

Online Seminars

Free online seminars are offered for members of foraus.de on topical issues relating to training. The online-seminars are normally based on vividly packaged independent learning materials and two sessions in a ‘virtual classroom’ with audio-based and whiteboard support.

Notice Board

This is the Foraus.de marketplace. Many visitors to Foraus.de check the new notice board postings regularly, post their own questions and exchange views on day-to-day training issues.

National Site Netherlands

Het Netwerk voor Trainers in Europa

Het Netwerk voor trainers in Europa ondersteunt onderzoek en praktijk op trainingsgebied in heel Europa. Het biedt:

• toegang tot mensen en ideeën over onderzoek en de trainingspraktijk;
• praktische materialen en instrumenten om de professionele ontwikkeling van trainers te ondersteunen;
• een website met informatie en een communicatieplatform om ideeën uit te wisselen.

Het Netwerk wordt gesubsidieerd vanuit het Leonardo da Vinci programma van de Europese Unie. Het Netwerk bestaat inmiddels uit partners uit 14 verschillende Europese landen. Nederland wordt vertegenwoordigd door het Platform Opleiding, Onderwijs en Organisatie B.V. (PLATO) van de Universiteit Leiden.

Network to support trainers in Europe

The Network supports research and practice in training throughout Europe. It provides:

• Access to people and ideas about research and training practice;
• Practical materials and tools to support the professional development of trainers;
• A web-site packed with information and a communication platform for exchanging ideas.

The Network comprises of partners from 14 different countries. The Netherlands are represented by PLATO from Leiden University. PLATO is a centre for research and development in education and training. Visit PLATO for more information.
